platform that centralizes merchant
onboarding, payment processing, transaction
management, and operational insights into a
single application. By integrating directly with
HaloPesa, merchants can easily activate
digital payment services while maintaining full
visibility of their business performance.
02Research
The research focused on identifying friction points throughout the registration process, payment flow, and merchant operations. Existing workflows, API limitations, business rules, and operational requirements were analyzed to ensure the final experience remained intuitive while satisfying complex backend processes.
